This policy applies to all purchases made at Al-Fatah online. Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way.   • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all price tags attached

Credit Card Returns

  • 30 days refund if purchased with a credit card
  • Payments made through credit card are subject to a deduction as bank charges on a return slip.

Rules for Exchange/Replacement

Will be treated only if the Item is in its original packaging with a satisfactory proof of purchase and is deemed by Al-Fatah to be unworn, unused and undamaged

  • You can exchange a product for up to 15 days from the date you purchased it, except perishable items/products (Terms and Conditions apply)
  • If any product which is to be exchanged, is not currently in our stock, it cannot be credited.
  • Products without receipt or if not in a reasonable condition, will be assessed by the management. A deduction of 15% (or a certain percentage) fee, based on its condition, will be applied.

No claims

  • No claims of exchange/replacement of products bought on the website will be catered at any physical store of Al-Fatah in any city.
  • Products purchased from Al-Fatah stores will not be treated at our online store in anyway (Exchange or Replacement)
  • No claims will be accepted on products that have been previously replaced or exchanged
  • If a product is damaged by the consumer it will not be exchange or replaced.
  • Any product that comes back without receipt will be refused to be catered.
  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Any consumable item which has been used
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for replacement & exchange, unless you have received damaged goods
  • Custom made or altered items. Any personalized products will not be exchanged or catered to
  • No returns on store credit
